About the Role We are looking for a Full-Time Traffic Management Operative (TMO) to join our team in Timaru. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to road safety while working alongside a dedicated group of professionals. In this role, you will assist with temporary traffic management under the guidance of a Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS). Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety of both your crew and the public by providing clear and accurate traffic direction. Your tasks will include: - Assisting with the placement and removal of signs and cones - Supporting stop/go activities - Performing driving duties as needed This is a permanent, full-time position based in Timaru. The role will be rostered, which may involve occasional weekend and night work, as well as days where you may be on call. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should be a physically fit and motivated individual.
