Traffic Management Workers & STMS

About the Company We are currently seeking reliable and dedicated STMS professionals at all levels to join our team. Our client is based around Christchurch and occasionally requires work out of town. About the Role In this position, you will assist with the setup and breakdown of Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) while also supporting site laboring tasks. Flexibility in location is essential, as you may be required to travel for various jobs around Christchurch. We are looking for individuals who can work well within a team and prioritize health and safety on site. Requirements To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria: - Hold current TMO/STMS qualifications (essential) - Have a proven track record, confirmed by two references - Pass a pre-employment drug test - Possess at least a Class 1 Full driver's license (Class 2 or WTR is advantageous, and we can assist you in obtaining this) - Maintain a safety-first attitude for yourself, your team, and the public - Demonstrate reliability, honesty, and flexibility - Be physically fit, as the role requires you to be on your feet throughout the day Benefits We offer competitive pay rates ranging from $25 to $30 per hour, depending on experience.
