About the Role
We are currently seeking multiple staff members with TTM, TMO-P, or STMS-P qualifications for immediate starts. These positions are available with several well-known traffic management companies throughout Canterbury. Our ongoing projects present an excellent opportunity for quality, experienced individuals who possess a solid understanding of traffic management regulations and a commitment to maintaining high safety and compliance standards.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team to ensure the safety of Kiwi roads while contributing to significant projects in the Canterbury Region. The nature of the work can be varied, so flexibility and a positive attitude are essential. Positions are available across Christchurch, and reliable transportation is required, as some shifts may start as early as 4 AM. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others are also necessary.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Current TTM, STMS (CAT A, B, or C), or TMO-P certification
- Reliability, positivity, and honesty, coupled with a strong work ethic
- Physical fitness and the ability to work under pressure
- A valid NZ Class 1 Licence (Class 2 or 4 is a bonus)
- A solid understanding of Health and Safety practices
- A positive, flexible attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to undergo a drug screening and criminal conviction check

We offer a competitive hourly rate ranging from $24.50 to $32.00, depending on experience.
