We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality workmanship and reliability. About the Role We are currently seeking Scaffolders to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and erecting scaffolding and working platforms for construction projects, as well as constructing stands and tiered seating for events such as concerts and sporting events. Flexibility in work locations is essential, as you may be required to assist with projects across the country. We are looking for individuals who are organized, trustworthy, motivated, and results-driven. Key Responsibilities - Build and erect scaffolding and working platforms for various projects. - Inspect work areas requiring scaffolding and make calculations to determine the type of scaffolding needed. - Unload materials, fit tubing and braces together to form frameworks, and install ladders, rails, and other attachments. - Regularly check and maintain scaffolding equipment, ensuring safety by inspecting scaffolding structures. - Dismantle scaffolding once job tasks are completed. - Perform any additional duties as assigned. Requirements - A minimum of 1 year of relevant scaffolding experience. - A friendly demeanor, strong time management skills, and an excellent work ethic. - A commitment to learning and developing skills within the industry. - Sound knowledge of health and safety procedures. - Reliability and a strong work ethic. Benefits - Competitive pay ranging from a minimum of $27.76 per hour to a maximum of $35.00 per hour. - Guaranteed minimum of 30 hours of work per week. - Permanent, full-time position with opportunities for growth. Location The primary work locations will be in Auckland, Waikato, Northland, Nelson, Canterbury, and Otago.
