About the Role We are seeking a hands-on leader for the position of Butchery and Seafood Manager. This role is perfect for a skilled butcher who is ready to take the next step in their career. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire operation of our butchery and seafood department. This includes leading a talented team, managing production, and ensuring that we deliver high-quality cuts and value-added products that keep our customers returning. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will maintain high standards of presentation and customer service. You will lead and develop a team of butchers and assistants, managing stock levels, ordering, and production planning effectively. Ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations is crucial, as is the creation and merchandising of value-added products. You will also monitor department performance and control costs to optimize our operations. What You'll Bring We are looking for candidates with proven experience in butchery and team leadership. A strong understanding of food safety and compliance is essential, along with excellent communication and organizational skills.
