About the Role We are currently seeking individuals for the position of Traffic Management Operative (TMO). This role is integral to ensuring safety and compliance on roadwork sites. As a TMO, you will have the opportunity to advance to Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS) and beyond. The position requires a minimum commitment of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 6 AM and 6 PM, with the potential for additional hours or days as needed.
