About the Role We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our team at William Sanders Retirement Village in Devonport as a Caregiver. We currently have a full-time position available, with hours scheduled from Tuesday to Saturday, 07:00 to 13:00, within our Hospital unit. In this role, you will have the chance to develop lasting relationships with our residents and their families. You will follow individual care plans to provide care that meets our high standards, reflecting the care you would want for your own loved ones. Additionally, you will utilize the latest technology, including our purpose-built care app, myRyman. Collaboration with your colleagues will be essential in creating a supportive and enjoyable team environment. About You To thrive in our caring and supportive atmosphere, we are looking for individuals who possess kindness as part of their DNA. Strong empathy and outstanding communication skills are crucial, along with a reliable, friendly, and professional demeanor. While experience in aged care is preferred, it is not a strict requirement. Please note that, due to immigration regulations, we require applicants to have New Zealand work rights for this position.
