About the Role
We are looking for exceptional Caregivers to join our team at Papamoa Beach Village, located in the beautiful Bay of Plenty. We currently have two permanent, part-time positions available, with the following schedules:
- One position at 28 hours per week, primarily covering evening shifts.
- One position at 24 hours per week, also primarily covering evening shifts.
Flexibility is essential for these roles, and there may be opportunities to pick up additional shifts if desired.
In this role, you will work under the guidance of our Registered Nurse, providing quality care and support to our residents in a modern and supportive environment.
Requirements
We are seeking candidates who have a genuine passion for caregiving and a flexible approach to work. The ideal applicant will possess the following:
- Previous experience in aged care and a desire to learn and develop your skills.
- A Careerforce qualification or equivalent.
- Empathy, kindness, and a commitment to positively impacting our residents' lives.
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented approach.
- Flexibility regarding shifts; we encourage you to discuss your availability with us.
