About the Role We are looking for a Caregiver to join our team at the Papamoa village. In this role, you will work collaboratively with your colleagues to ensure our residents enjoy a safe, healthy, and fulfilling lifestyle. Your responsibilities will focus on providing personal care and support to enhance our residents' daily lives. Typical duties include: - Delivering meals and assisting during mealtimes - Aiding residents with hygiene, including showering - Supporting individual care plans, which may involve accompanying residents on walks and exercises - Facilitating recreational activities, such as puzzles and table tennis This is a permanent part-time position with a roster of four days on followed by two days off. The shifts will primarily be in the evening, from 2:45 PM to 9:00 PM. Requirements We are seeking individuals who are naturally empathetic, kind, and patient, and who thrive in a role where their compassion can truly make a difference in people's lives.
