About the Company Pathways is a prominent national provider of community-based mental health, addiction, and well-being services in Aotearoa. Our mission is to transform the landscape of mental health and addictions through our Pathways (adult) and Real (youth) services. For over 30 years, we have been dedicated to supporting approximately 6,000 individuals each year. About the Role We are currently seeking a Support Worker for a part-time position, requiring 24 hours of work per fortnight, specifically on Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays in Tauranga. In this role, you will support individuals in a mental health respite setting, working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
