About the Company
At MindFull Support, we are a dedicated team of youth support workers who prioritize genuine connections and meaningful support for young individuals. We embrace a kaupapa-driven approach and foster a culture free from ego, where every team member's voice is valued and well-being is our priority. We believe in working collaboratively with youth and with each other, guided by our core values and a commitment to integrity and authenticity.
About the Role
As a Youth Support Worker with us, you will not just hold a position; you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our services. We offer a supportive environment where your ideas are welcomed and can influence our approach to youth care. You will experience a work culture that emphasizes trust, autonomy, and respect, with no micromanagement. Our office team is here to support you, allowing you to lead your own day while maintaining strong boundaries and receiving deep support from your colleagues.
We are proud to be different from typical organizations, focusing on growth and reflection as a team. We are selective in our hiring process, seeking individuals who align with our values and understand the importance of supportive routines for rangatahi. Our commitment to our kaupapa is unwavering, and we ensure that our team comprises solid, skilled, and values-driven individuals.

- The ability to hold space and establish boundaries effectively
- A desire for your voice to be heard and valued in the workplace
- A calm demeanor in crisis situations, with reflective practice and a collaborative mindset

- A Level 3 or higher qualification in youth work or health
- Legal authorization to work in Aotearoa
- Availability for 24-hour shifts, ideally including one or two shifts per weekend and one weekend shift every second weekend
