About the Role We are seeking a Front Office Manager who embodies calmness, control, and collaboration while exuding confidence. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding and enhancing guest experiences, leading by example to drive return guest programs, and utilizing CRM insights to inform our strategies. You will be instrumental in implementing guest feedback improvement plans to ensure we consistently meet and exceed expectations. As a natural motivator and leader, you will manage the Front Office team, inspiring and guiding them as they develop their careers. Your ability to solve problems and maintain operational excellence will be key to your success. You will work closely with your team to execute daily operations effectively, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued. You will also prioritize safety and security by adhering to established processes and ensuring that all financial transactions are compliant with our policies. Your attention to detail in administrative tasks is crucial, as you engage your team to deliver outstanding service every day. Ideally, you will have experience as a Senior Duty Manager or Front Office Manager, and this role will represent the next step in your career journey. Requirements - Proven experience in a similar role, preferably as a Senior Duty Manager or Front Office Manager - Strong leadership and motivational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to manage operations with a focus on safety and compliance - Proficiency in CRM systems and guest feedback management - Commitment to fostering a positive team environment Benefits At TFE, we recognize and celebrate the individuality of our team members.
