About the Role We are seeking empathetic and passionate Support Workers to join our Community Services team. This role offers flexibility for those balancing other commitments, as well as the option for regular rostered shifts. We provide a variety of permanent (full-time and part-time) and casual positions to suit your needs. As a Support Worker, you will work collaboratively with a wider team to assist our clients in living as independently as possible within their homes and communities. Your support will enable clients to achieve their goals and reach their full potential, offering both practical and emotional assistance. Your responsibilities will vary based on individual care plans and may include, but are not limited to: - Meal preparation - Community outings and integration - Medication administration - Personal care (such as showering and toileting) - Home management tasks Requirements We are looking for individuals who possess a strong desire to help and support others while striving for excellence in everything they do. While previous healthcare or caregiving experience is desirable, it is not essential.
