About the Role
We are seeking an Outpatient Scheduler for a fixed-term position of six months at Rotorua Hospital. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our Outpatient Service, which is continuously evolving to meet the needs of our patients. Our outpatient service handles an average of 250 patients daily and is increasingly incorporating video conference clinics and phone appointments to reduce the need for travel.
As an Outpatient Scheduler, you will be responsible for booking outpatient appointments and managing waitlists for our services. You will join a team of 25 dedicated administrators who collaborate with clinical staff in a positive and rewarding environment.
