About the Role
We are excited to offer a permanent full-time or part-time position at Rotorua Hospital, where you will join our dedicated team of administrators in the maternity service. In this role, you will support clinical staff by managing various administrative functions essential for providing efficient frontline maternity care. Your responsibilities will include assisting maternity clients from their initial booking during pregnancy through to their discharge after delivery.
You will collaborate closely with clinical teams, handling tasks such as patient bookings and admissions. Your attention to detail will ensure that Lead Maternity Carers (LMCs) and General Practitioners (GPs) receive timely maternity reports in accordance with established workflows. While maternity administrators often work behind the scenes, you will be a crucial part of the backbone that supports our clinical services.
