About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Orthoptist to join our ophthalmology department at Te Toka Tumai | Auckland, the largest of its kind in New Zealand. In this role, you will work independently as well as collaborate with our team of Paediatric, Oculoplastic, Adult Strabismus, and Neuro-ophthalmologists. This diverse case mix presents numerous opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement.

About the Team/Service/Location
You will be welcomed into our dedicated and award-winning Orthoptic team, known for our fast-paced clinical environment. This is a full-time, permanent position based at Greenlane Clinical Centre. For additional information on living and working in Auckland, please refer to our resources.
About You
To be eligible for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Hold an internationally recognized Orthoptic qualification
- Be a member of the relevant professional body
- Have a minimum of one year of post-registration experience
- Exhibit a strong customer/patient focus
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently as part of a multidisciplinary team
