About the Role We are currently seeking casual, empathetic, and passionate Support Workers in the Horowhenua region to join our community-based services, specifically RIDSAS. In this role, you will provide dedicated care and assistance to individuals with disabilities who are involved in the criminal justice system. Our focus at NZCL is on delivering intensive rehabilitative support, helping individuals develop the skills necessary to recognize their full potential and actively engage in their communities. As a Community Support Worker, your responsibilities will include supporting individuals in their daily lives, enabling them to recognize their potential and develop the skills required for community participation. You will implement and deliver personalized care and rehabilitation plans. This position is rewarding and will require you to establish positive relationships with individuals and their Whānau. You will also work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to assist individuals in achieving their rehabilitative goals.
