About the Role: We are currently seeking Level 2, 3, or 4 NZQA Health and Wellbeing support workers to join our team in the Palmerston North region. In this role, you will provide essential support that includes: - Assisting with home management and personal care - Supporting clients with daily activities, mobility, exercise, and medication management (training will be provided) - Empowering clients to maintain their independence and achieve their personal goals Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need: - An NZQA Level 2, 3, or 4 Health and Wellbeing qualification, or relevant experience - A compassionate and caring nature, along with a high level of professionalism - A restricted or full NZ driver's licence - Availability for weekend and night shifts is a plus Benefits: We offer a casual contract with flexible hours tailored to fit your lifestyle, ranging from one hour to full or part days depending on client needs.
