About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our IT team for the implementation of our new Enterprise System. In this full-time, fixed-term position, which will last until December 19, 2025, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to align business needs with technical solutions. Your contributions will be essential in driving improvements to our processes and systems, providing you with valuable experience in a high-impact project.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for analyzing business needs and data to propose practical solutions. Engaging with stakeholders to ensure that business processes align with technical capabilities will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will coordinate with training teams to guarantee the effective delivery of business processes and system requirements.
Collaboration with Data Analysts on reporting requirements will also be part of your responsibilities. You will prepare Benefit/Cost Analysis and Business Case documents, contributing to informed decision-making within the organization.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a similar Business Analyst position. Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Power BI is essential. You will need strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills, as well as excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities.
A good understanding of business processes, systems, and infrastructure is important. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a flexible, can-do attitude who can manage their own tasks effectively.
