About the Role We are excited to offer a part-time position for a Lounge Caregiver at Jane Winstone Retirement Village in Whanganui. This role involves working from Sunday to Wednesday, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, in our Special Care Unit, which focuses on dementia care. In this position, you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with our residents and their families. You will follow individual care plans, ensuring that the care provided meets the highest standards—care that you would want for your own loved ones. You will also utilize our innovative care app, myRyman, to enhance the care experience. Collaboration with your colleagues is essential, as we strive to create a supportive and positive team environment.
