About the Role We are currently seeking enthusiastic team members to join us as Crew at Carl's Jr. In this role, you will have the opportunity to interact with our customers and contribute to their dining experience. As part of our team, you will be involved in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring that every meal meets our high standards of quality. Responsibilities include: - Greeting and welcoming customers, taking orders, and serving meals in the front of house. - Preparing delicious authentic American burgers, fries, and shakes in the back of house. - Supporting your fellow crew members in maintaining a clean, tidy, and well-stocked store environment. Requirements To be a part of our team, we are looking for individuals who possess: - A strong drive to provide excellent customer service. - The motivation to thrive in a fast-paced and busy environment. - A minimum age of 15 years old and eligibility to work in New Zealand.
