About the Role We are currently looking for enthusiastic individuals to fill various positions, including Customer Champions, Cooks, and Shift Supervisors. As a Customer Champion, you will provide outstanding service to our customers by preparing and serving delicious KFC meals while working collaboratively with your team to maintain a clean and tidy store. In the role of Cook, you will be responsible for preparing our secret recipe chicken, breading, and cooking it to perfection. Additionally, you will ensure the kitchen remains clean and organized and manage our fresh chicken supplies. If you step into the Shift Supervisor position, you will lead your team in delivering exceptional service throughout your shift, ensuring that the store operates smoothly and efficiently. Requirements We are looking for individuals who possess a positive attitude and are eager to thrive in a fast-paced team environment. A willingness to learn and a friendly demeanor are essential attributes for our team. No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training for all positions. Applicants must be 15 years or older and eligible to work in New Zealand. Benefits When you join our team, you will start with a competitive hourly wage of $23.50. If you become Gold Star certified and work as a Cook, your earnings can increase to $24.74 per hour. As a Shift Supervisor, your hourly rate can go up to $29.63. We offer both full-time and part-time positions with flexible hours to accommodate your lifestyle.
