About the Role We are excited to offer a full-time position as a Gardener within our supportive team. This role involves working Sunday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. As a Gardener, you will play a vital role in maintaining our beautiful gardens in a resort-style setting that our residents, their families, and our staff can all enjoy. Your responsibilities will include servicing the grounds and gardens to ensure they are visually appealing and safe for everyone. You will experience a variety of tasks, including working on a bowling green, managing water features, and caring for both residential and shared areas. Collaboration with your colleagues will be key, as you support one another in creating a welcoming environment. About You To succeed in our nurturing and caring environment, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Previous experience in a Gardener or Landscaper role - Strong problem-solving skills with an excellent attention to detail - Outstanding communication abilities - A reliable, friendly, and professional demeanor - Horticultural qualifications are preferred - A GrowSafe certificate is also preferred Please note that while we welcome applications from overseas candidates, applicants must have New Zealand work rights due to immigration requirements.
