Our innovative spirit is reflected in every experience we create. About the Role We are excited to invite applications for the position of Lead Gardener within our supportive team. This full-time role requires a commitment from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. In this position, you will: - Lead a dedicated team in maintaining our beautiful gardens within a resort-style setting for the enjoyment of our residents, their families, and our staff. - Manage the grounds and gardens to ensure their aesthetic appeal while prioritizing safety across all outdoor areas. - Experience a diverse range of responsibilities, including working with a bowling green, water features, and both residential and shared spaces. - Collaborate closely with and provide support to your team and colleagues. About You To excel in our caring and supportive environment, you should possess: - Previous experience in a Gardener or Landscaper role. - The ability to lead a motivated and productive team. - Strong problem-solving skills combined with excellent attention to detail. - Outstanding communication skills and a professional demeanor. - Horticultural qualifications are preferred.
