About the Role
We are excited to invite applications for the position of Lead Gardener within our supportive team. This full-time role requires a commitment from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
In this position, you will:
- Lead a dedicated team in maintaining our beautiful gardens within a resort-style setting for the enjoyment of our residents, their families, and our staff.
- Manage the grounds and gardens to ensure their aesthetic appeal while prioritizing safety across all outdoor areas.
- Experience a diverse range of responsibilities, including working with a bowling green, water features, and both residential and shared spaces.
- Collaborate closely with and provide support to your team and colleagues.
About You
To excel in our caring and supportive environment, you should possess:
- Previous experience in a Gardener or Landscaper role.
- The ability to lead a motivated and productive team.
- Strong problem-solving skills combined with excellent attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Horticultural qualifications are preferred.
