About the Role

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Lead and inspire the maintenance of stunning gardens, ensuring our clients take pride in their properties.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships while addressing any concerns or requests they may have.
- Manage and support a skilled team, ensuring they are well-trained and have the necessary tools to complete their tasks to the highest standards.
- Oversee and coordinate the scheduling of multiple maintenance jobs across various client sites, ensuring efficiency and timely completion.
- Actively seek new opportunities within existing client relationships and through outreach to secure new maintenance prospects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for both clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication regarding requirements, timelines, budgets, and expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of completed work, manage invoicing, and track the status of ongoing maintenance services for internal purposes and client billing.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to grow and develop the maintenance department.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Solid experience in garden maintenance with proven leadership capabilities.
- A strong skillset in horticulture and a premium understanding of plant care and maintenance practices.
- The ability to organize, schedule, and coordinate multiple jobs and teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach.
- Experience in business development and securing new maintenance prospects.
- Proficiency with operational programs and experience using maintenance management software.
- A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to proactively address client issues and team challenges.
