Key Responsibilities In this role, you will: - Lead and inspire the maintenance of stunning gardens, ensuring our clients take pride in their properties. - Build and nurture strong client relationships while addressing any concerns or requests they may have. - Manage and support a skilled team, ensuring they are well-trained and have the necessary tools to complete their tasks to the highest standards. - Oversee and coordinate the scheduling of multiple maintenance jobs across various client sites, ensuring efficiency and timely completion. - Actively seek new opportunities within existing client relationships and through outreach to secure new maintenance prospects. - Serve as the primary point of contact for both clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication regarding requirements, timelines, budgets, and expectations. - Maintain accurate records of completed work, manage invoicing, and track the status of ongoing maintenance services for internal purposes and client billing. - Collaborate with the leadership team to grow and develop the maintenance department.
