About the Role
We are seeking an experienced pick packer to join our team in a full-time warehousing role based in Penrose. In this position, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including picking and packing orders, processing returns, preparing kits, and enhancing the efficiency of our warehouse operations and stock control.
Role and Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Accurately and efficiently picking and packing orders, with prior forklift experience preferred
- Releasing and processing orders in our system
- Managing returns, including RMAs and write-offs
- Assisting with the receiving and storing of stock
- Contributing to kit preparation and basic provisioning
- Executing sortation and dispatching tasks
- Performing manual handling tasks safely and efficiently
- Monitoring stock levels of finished goods and accessories
- Collaborating with the Inventory Controller to maintain stock levels
- Assisting with cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy
- Dispatching and transferring customer and intercompany orders
- Supporting inter-warehouse transfers
- Completing order dispatches in our system
- Compiling shipping quotes
- Helping to maintain and improve all processes and standard operating procedures
- Provisioning telematics solutions, preparing kits, and processing shipments
- Lifting and adhering to safety guidelines
- Upholding high standards of health and safety in the workplace
About You
We are looking for a candidate who takes pride in their work and demonstrates a strong commitment to punctuality. You should be energetic, willing to contribute positively, and possess a can-do attitude. Reliability is crucial, as we seek a team player who is dedicated to their role. Additionally, strong attention to detail and a high level of literacy are essential. While a current forklift license is preferable, it is not mandatory.
