About the Role
We are in search of a talented Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. In this role, you will thrive in a busy and energetic environment where producing high-quality New Zealand cuisine is at the forefront of our mission. You will work closely with a dedicated team of professionals who share your passion for food and camaraderie.
As a Sous Chef, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen during your shifts. You will assist the Head Chef in training team members, contributing to menu development, and upholding a clean and organized workspace, among other essential tasks.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should have experience in fast-paced kitchen environments and a strong commitment to quality and teamwork. We value enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and the ability to communicate effectively with your colleagues.
