About the Role We are seeking a creative and hands-on Head Chef who is ready to take ownership of our kitchen. With the current Head Chef transitioning overseas, this role presents an excellent opportunity to lead a motivated and close-knit team while driving the menu and enhancing our culinary offerings. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen in a fast-paced environment. This includes managing service, planning menus, and making seasonal adjustments. You will also have the exciting opportunity to cook over an open fire, so strong knife and filleting skills are essential. Additionally, you will regularly participate in local food events to showcase our culinary vision.
