About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our team at The Doctors Drury. This permanent position offers a part-time schedule of 23 hours per week, spread over three days from Monday to Friday. In this role, you will be an essential part of our team, providing outstanding service to our patients and ensuring a positive healthcare experience.

Key Responsibilities
As a Medical Receptionist/Administrator, you will report to the Medical Centre Manager and be responsible for the following:
- Greeting and checking in patients
- Responding to patient inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
- Booking appointments and managing schedules
- Invoicing and collecting fees
- Handling various administrative and clerical tasks
- Managing patient information using our Patient Management System (PMS)
- Cash handling and end-of-day balancing
Requirements
Essential qualifications include:
- Experience in the New Zealand healthcare system
- A valid New Zealand work visa or residency
Desirable qualifications include:
- Experience working in a New Zealand primary care or general practice setting
- Familiarity with Medtech Evolution, Medtech 32, Indici, or any New Zealand-based patient management system
