We are currently looking for a new member to join us as an Events and Admin Coordinator. About the Role As the Events and Admin Coordinator, you will be a key player in ensuring our operations run smoothly while also contributing to the success of our events. Your efforts will help us engage the community and raise funds to support our important work. This position requires a warm, thoughtful, and organized individual who is eager to make a difference. Key Responsibilities Event Coordination: You will be responsible for planning and executing events that promote community engagement and align with our mission. This includes taking full ownership of each event from the initial concept through to its successful implementation. Administrative Support: You will manage daily administrative tasks that support the team and ensure efficient office operations. Communication: As a friendly and professional point of contact, you will engage with stakeholders, volunteers, and community members, helping to foster positive relationships. Collaboration: You will work closely with team members and volunteers to achieve our organizational goals, ensuring everyone is aligned and working effectively together. What We’re Looking For Organized and Detail-Oriented: You excel in structured environments and have a talent for keeping tasks on track. Proactive and Reliable: You take initiative, bring energy to projects, and can be counted on to follow through on responsibilities. People-Centric: You have a natural ability to build genuine, trusting relationships with others. Adaptable Communicator: You communicate effectively and empathetically, whether in a formal meeting or a casual conversation. Ownership and Pride: You possess strong coordination skills and the confidence to manage event delivery from concept to completion, ensuring great experiences are created and executed with care.
