As we embark on an exciting new chapter, we are looking for a Clinical Services Manager who shares our passion for clinical excellence and leadership. About the Role In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to co-lead a positive turnaround within our facility. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting and empowering our nursing and clinical team to make informed decisions confidently. You will work closely with the Care Home Manager to ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly and that resident outcomes are consistently met. We encourage proactive engagement with families and the local community to help cultivate a sense of warmth, openness, and trust within our organization. You will be instrumental in bringing fresh ideas to life, whether it’s hosting a casual "cheese and chat" evening with families or implementing more structured service initiatives. Our facility comprises 44 beds, including 15 rest home beds, 18 dementia beds, and 11 hospital-level beds. You will lead a stable and dedicated nursing team that is eager for guidance and consistent leadership, allowing you to make a meaningful impact. What We’re Looking For We seek a Registered Nurse with a robust clinical background and strong decision-making abilities. Proven leadership experience in aged care, particularly within a multi-level facility, is essential. We are looking for a confident and proactive individual who is willing to roll up their sleeves when necessary. A genuine people-person who values communication, consistency, and compassion, especially with families, will thrive in this role. Additionally, experience in turning around underperforming services or leading during times of change will be advantageous. What We Offer We provide a competitive salary starting from $105K, negotiable based on experience. This is a full-time permanent position with a typical Monday to Friday schedule, totaling 40 hours per week.
