About the Role We are seeking a talented National Operations Manager to join our management team. In this crucial role, you will ensure that SmartGrass consistently delivers on our commitment to clients. Your responsibilities will include managing and coordinating nationwide installation teams, overseeing accounts, stock, and warehouse operations, and taking ownership of project management, scheduling, and resource planning. Additionally, you will be instrumental in driving the implementation of new systems and facilitating our expansion into new locations. Requirements We are looking for an exceptional individual who embodies strong leadership, accountability, and interpersonal skills. While experience in operations management is a plus, we prioritize personality and values above all else.
