About the Role We are seeking dynamic and energetic machine operators to fill several immediate openings. In this role, you will primarily work in the civil sealing sector, operating rollers and loaders. We value teamwork, so we are looking for individuals who understand the importance of collaborating with fellow crew members to achieve successful outcomes. The positions will involve working throughout the wider Canterbury and Mackenzie regions. There may be times when you will be away from home, and on occasion, night work may be required. Typically, travel will not include weekends, but you should be prepared to stay away from home for up to three weeks at a time. We cover all accommodation and meal costs, and you will receive generous non-taxable allowances for periods spent away from home. While experience in operating heavy machinery is preferred, we are open to providing entry-level opportunities for the right candidates. Requirements Our ideal candidate will possess a keen interest in machine operation and hold a minimum Class 2 driver's license with WTR endorsements. If you have a Class 2 license but lack endorsements, we still encourage you to apply, as these roles are suitable for individuals looking to start their careers in machine operation within the civil sector. We may assist you in obtaining the necessary endorsements.
