Experienced Civil Operator

About the Role In this position, you will be engaged in a variety of tasks related to bulk earthworks, site works, and drainage. We have a robust workload ahead, particularly during the warmer months, which means ample opportunities for long hours and consistent work. We are looking for motivated individuals who are ready to contribute to a dynamic team. As an experienced all-round operator, you will be expected to bring a strong work ethic and a willingness to take on various responsibilities. While expertise in final trim work is advantageous, there may also be occasions when you will be required to assist with laboring tasks. Requirements The ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications and attributes: - WTR (Workplace Transport Registration) Class 2 or 4 is beneficial - Ability to read and interpret plans - A strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to commit to a Monday through Friday schedule, with some Saturday work as needed - Team player with excellent communication skills - Reliable transportation to and from work Benefits We offer competitive weekly pay rates that reflect your experience and skills.
