About the Role We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for a key management position within our property. This opportunity is ideal for either Heads of Departments looking to take their first step into management or experienced managers seeking a new challenge. We believe this role would be especially well-suited for a couple with a background in accommodation and food and beverage management. As the General Manager, you will have the autonomy to run the property as if it were your own. You will lead a dedicated team while promoting a vibrant and positive work environment. Your responsibilities will include managing room allocations, controlling bookings, and overseeing supplies and costs for our café, restaurant, and bar. Additionally, you will have some marketing duties and will be expected to lead by example, whether that means assisting with room cleaning or table clearing. Requirements The ideal candidates will possess a strong background in hospitality management, specifically in rooms and food and beverage operations. Key qualifications include: - Proven experience in managing accommodation and food and beverage services - Strong organizational and leadership skills - Ability to manage costs and inventory effectively - Hands-on approach and willingness to support the team in various tasks Benefits We offer a competitive salary ranging from $140,000 to $150,000, depending on experience, along with a bonus structure.
