About the Company Waikato Hospital is a tertiary training hospital and a Level 1 Trauma Centre serving the Waikato region, which is one of the busiest in New Zealand. Our Radiology Department conducts approximately 200,000 examinations annually, focusing on Emergency and Trauma imaging along with Oncology. About the Role We are looking for an experienced Neuro and Head and Neck Radiologist to join our Radiology department at Waikato Hospital. In this permanent, full-time position (80 hours per fortnight), you will be responsible for interpreting and reporting a variety of imaging studies, including CT, Ultrasound, X-Ray, and MRI. Your role will involve handling a broad mix of complex clinical cases within your area of expertise, as well as general radiology and acute imaging. You will engage in multidisciplinary meetings focused on head and neck, neurology, and neurosurgery, while also teaching registrars and contributing to the continuous improvement of high standards within our department.
