We are currently seeking full-time Aluminum Fabricators to join our team and support various construction and fabrication projects nationwide. About the Role In this role, you will be tasked with fabricating, assembling, and installing aluminum components and structures on diverse construction sites. The specific site locations will vary based on project demands, allowing for a dynamic work environment. This position is ideal for experienced fabricators who are open to traveling or relocating as necessary. Key Responsibilities - Fabricate, assemble, and install aluminum components and structures. - Read and interpret fabrication drawings and blueprints. - Operate hand and power tools relevant to aluminum fabrication. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards in all work performed. - Adapt to working across different sites as required by project deployment. Requirements - A minimum of 3 years of experience in aluminum fabrication, whether gained locally or overseas. - Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings. - Proficiency in welding, cutting, and shaping aluminum materials. - A trade qualification or NZQA-recognized experience is preferred. - Capability to work independently and travel between job sites. - A strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety. Nationwide Opportunity and Travel While this role is listed in Taranaki, we are actively recruiting for positions that will be deployed across all regions of New Zealand, depending on project requirements. The regions include: North Island: Northland, Auckland, Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Gisborne, Hawke’s Bay, Taranaki, Manawatu-Whanganui, Wellington. South Island: Tasman, Nelson, Marlborough, West Coast, Canterbury, Otago, Southland. We welcome applicants from any of these regions and require candidates to be willing to travel or relocate within New Zealand as needed. Please note that relocation costs will be covered by our company.
