About the Role As a Factory Worker, your primary responsibilities will include operating and maintaining production equipment, assembling and inspecting machinery parts, and identifying and reporting any faults or risks in equipment. You will play a crucial role in maintaining stock levels, communicating any shortages, and ensuring that the workspace remains clean and hazard-free. You will be expected to follow all safety and quality procedures, meet production targets and shift deadlines, and manually load and unload materials as required. Additionally, you will prepare products for timely dispatch and adhere to manufacturing manuals and company standards.
