About the Role
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for optimizing stock strategies to ensure a smooth product flow across our wholesale and retail channels. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to drive sales, improve forecasting, and enhance inventory efficiencies. Your efforts will be instrumental in building strong relationships with leading global sports brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately load, allocate, and manage all seasonal orders and replenishment stock for key wholesale accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and align stock strategies aimed at optimizing inventory levels and driving sales.
- Oversee all EDI seasonal orders for wholesale accounts, providing regular reporting and insights to stakeholders.
- Continuously refine allocation and forecasting processes to improve efficiencies across both wholesale and retail operations.
- Work in tandem with planning, buying, and sales teams to ensure a seamless stock flow and enhance overall business performance.
About You
We seek a candidate with proven experience in wholesale or retail merchandise planning, allocation, or inventory management. Strong numerical and analytical skills, along with advanced Excel capabilities (including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs), are essential. You should be able to interpret data effectively and provide meaningful insights that support decision-making.
As a confident communicator, you will liaise with key internal stakeholders and external partners with ease. Attention to detail is crucial, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a collaborative and adaptable team player who possesses a problem-solving mindset.
