About the Company We are a leading organization located in North Canterbury, dedicated to delivering quality service in our industry. As we continue to grow, we are looking to expand our team with reliable and motivated individuals who can contribute to our operations. About the Role We are seeking multiple staff members for full-time ongoing pick and pack positions starting in late September. These roles will be based in North Canterbury, so candidates should either reside in the area or be willing to commute daily. We offer three shift options to accommodate different schedules: - Morning shift: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM - Afternoon shift: 3:45 PM to 11:45 PM - Night shift: 11:30 PM to 7:30 AM The schedule will typically run from Monday to Friday, with some Saturday work required as needed. In this role, you will operate an automatic packing machine to package small items, as well as perform some manual packaging tasks. Full training will be provided to ensure you are comfortable with the machinery and processes. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should be competent with technology and capable of handling some manual labor. We are looking for efficient workers who are self-motivated and can demonstrate a solid work history, ideally with some experience in pick and pack work. Additionally, you will need to meet the following requirements: - A clean criminal record and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug test - A full New Zealand driver’s license and reliable access to a vehicle - A willingness to work in a fast-paced environment Benefits These positions are Temp to Perm, offering the potential for long-term employment.
