What You’ll Be Doing In this role, you will engage in a variety of exciting projects, many of which are in high-standard industrial environments. Your key responsibilities will include: - Reading and interpreting drawings and specifications to effectively plan jobs - Fitting and assembling fabricated metal parts into machinery and equipment - Utilizing precision instruments to ensure fit and accuracy - Operating machining tools to cut, grind, plane, bore, and drill to tight tolerances - Installing hydraulic and pneumatic systems - Diagnosing faults and performing maintenance or repairs - Assisting with equipment installation on-site, as needed What We’re Looking For To be successful in this role, you should have: - A minimum of three years of experience in a similar position - Formal qualifications are an advantage, but relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of formal education - Proficiency in MIG and stick welding; TIG experience is a bonus - Your own tools - Reliable transportation - Two work references - A strong commitment to health and safety - The ability to pass a pre-employment drug test What’s in it for You?
