About the Role We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our Community Services team in Christchurch. This is a permanent, part-time position that offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in your community. As a Support Worker, you will be an integral part of a larger team, assisting clients in achieving their personal goals and reaching their full potential through both practical and emotional support. Your responsibilities will vary and will be guided by individual care plans, which may include: - Meal preparation - Community outings and integration - Administration of medication - Personal care (such as bathing and toileting) - Home management tasks (including housework) Requirements We are looking for candidates who possess a health and wellbeing qualification along with one to three years of relevant work experience.
