About the Role We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Pharmacy Distribution team at Christchurch Hospital, which includes rotations at our Hillmorton and Burwood Hospital sites. This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary range starting from $65,842 to $79,039, based on the PSA Allied, Public Health, and Technical collective agreement. In this role, you will be part of an experienced and passionate team dedicated to the health and wellbeing of the Canterbury community. Our pharmacy services are delivered by a friendly, inclusive team comprising Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, Pharmacy Assistants, and administrative staff. We are proud of our commitment to providing outstanding service in collaboration with the wider multi-disciplinary team. The role is diverse and involves various responsibilities across our hospital sites, including: - Providing pharmacy stock requirements to all areas within the organization - Preparing orders using bar code scanning, stock selection, checking, and packing - Delivering orders across hospital sites - Maintaining stock levels in designated clinical areas - Answering inquiries from wards and other pharmacy staff - Performing basic computer data entry We encourage fresh ideas and welcome individuals who thrive in a supportive team environment.
