About the Company We are a dedicated team based in North Canterbury, focused on providing excellent service and efficiency in our operations. As we expand our workforce, we are looking for motivated individuals to join us in full-time ongoing pick and pack roles starting in August. About the Role We are seeking multiple staff members to fill positions that involve operating an automatic packing machine and performing manual packaging tasks. Full training will be provided to ensure you feel confident and ready to succeed in your role. Our roles offer three shift options to accommodate various schedules: - Morning shift: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM - Afternoon shift: 3:45 PM to 11:45 PM - Night shift: 11:30 PM to 7:30 AM You will primarily work Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays as needed. Requirements To be successful in this position, you should be comfortable with technology and capable of performing some manual labor. We value efficiency and self-motivation in our team members. While prior experience in pick and pack work is beneficial, the most important factor is your ability to demonstrate a solid work history and commitment to long-term employment. Additionally, candidates must have a clean criminal record and be able to pass a pre-employment drug test. Personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided for your safety.
