About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Inspector to join our supportive and collaborative team in Rangiora. In this role, you will provide technical support to both contractors and employees, ensuring clarity of job information and resolving issues proactively. You will be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer service and accurately completing paperwork related to job results within specified timeframes. Additionally, you will ensure that job photos are taken and submitted according to company guidelines.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Providing technical support for contractors and employees.
- Offering job information and clarification to our support team as needed.
- Maintaining high customer service standards and proactively resolving field issues.
- Accurately completing paperwork within documented deadlines.
- Ensuring compliance with company guidelines for job photography.
Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a candidate with experience in metering, although full training will be offered to the right applicant. To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Registration as an Electrical Inspector with proven experience.
- Current EWRB certification.
- A strong technical aptitude, excellent time management skills, and the ability to build customer relationships.
- A commitment to health and safety and a proactive advocacy for best practices.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in both technical and administrative functions.
- Motivation, collaboration skills, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment drug and alcohol checks.
