About the Role We are currently seeking full-time Aluminum Fabricators to join our team and support various project work throughout New Zealand. This role offers the opportunity to work on a range of construction and fabrication sites, with location assignments based on project demand. We welcome experienced fabricators who are open to relocating or traveling as needed. Pay and Benefits - Hourly wage ranging from $24.00 to $28.00 - Guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week - Full-time, permanent positions - Provision of personal protective equipment (PPE) and tools where necessary - Experience working on commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for: - Fabricating, assembling, and installing aluminum components and structures - Reading and interpreting fabrication drawings and blueprints - Operating hand and power tools relevant to aluminum fabrication - Ensuring all work complies with health, safety, and quality standards - Working across different sites as required by project deployment Skills and Experience Required We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications: - A minimum of 3 years’ experience in aluminum fabrication, whether local or overseas - The ability to read and interpret technical drawings - Proficiency in welding, cutting, and shaping aluminum materials - A trade qualification or NZQA-recognized experience is preferred - The capacity to work independently and travel between job sites - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety Nationwide Opportunity and Travel While this role is listed in Auckland, we are actively recruiting for positions that may be deployed in any of the following regions across New Zealand, depending on project needs: North Island: Northland, Auckland, Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Gisborne, Hawke’s Bay, Taranaki, Manawatu-Whanganui, Wellington. South Island: Tasman, Nelson, Marlborough, West Coast, Canterbury, Otago, Southland.
