As an ITS Apprentice Electrician, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional electrical services across various environments, including industrial, mechanical, HVAC, civil works, traffic signal installations, and communications systems. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for: - Installation and Maintenance: Conducting the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, with a focus on mechanical and HVAC applications, civil works, traffic signal systems, and communications infrastructure in various commercial settings, while ensuring compliance with all relevant standards. - Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving electrical issues, providing efficient solutions to minimize downtime. - Compliance: Ensuring that all work adheres to safety regulations and industry standards, maintaining a high level of quality in every project. - Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of work performed, including inspections, repairs, and compliance documentation. - Collaboration: Working closely with other trades, subcontractors, and team members to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems and installations. Requirements We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and skills: - A current full Class 1 driver’s license. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Willingness to complete essential daily safety, work job sheets, and timesheets. - Flexibility to travel and stay away from home when required. - Willingness to participate in an on-call roster. - Strong attention to detail. - Ability to work as part of a team. - Solid computer skills and exposure to a variety of computer applications.
