About the Role We are currently seeking three Cooks to become part of our kitchen team. In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation and cooking of a variety of dishes. We value creativity and attention to detail, as you will need to address the special dietary needs of our guests while maintaining the highest cooking and service quality standards. Your daily tasks will include performing pre-cooking activities, such as adjusting cooking equipment temperatures, and applying seasonings and sauces during the cooking process. You will also be responsible for plating dishes upon completion, ensuring they are visually appealing and meet our standards. Health and safety are paramount in our kitchen, and you will be expected to adhere strictly to all relevant regulations and guidelines. Additionally, you will support our chefs in training kitchen staff and apprentices, fostering a collaborative and educational environment. Proper food storage practices will also be essential to prevent spoilage, and you may be asked to perform additional duties as directed by the head chef or manager.
