    AOD Clinical Supervisor - Te Atea Marino Permanent Full-time position (40 hours per week) Monday to Friday Based in West and Central Auckland About Us Te Atea Marino is a regional Māori addiction service operating under the umbrella of Whitiki Maurea, the Waitemata District Health Board's Specialist Mental Health and Addiction Group. We are dedicated to reducing the burden of addiction and addiction-related harm on the Māori people of Tamaki Makaurau, serving from Tehana to Mercer. Our approach integrates Mātauranga Māori with evidence-based clinical interventions, providing high-quality support to individuals affected by alcohol, drugs, and other addiction challenges. About the Role We are seeking a passionate and focused individual to join our senior team as a Clinical Supervisor. In this role, you will work across two regional sites in Central and West Auckland. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a culturally responsive service that supports Māori individuals facing addiction-related challenges. As Clinical Supervisor, you will have clinical depth and proven experience in counseling, particularly in the alcohol and drug field. You will be responsible for teaching, coaching, and supporting our staff, ensuring that clinical practice aligns with our Tikanga Māori approach. Your excellent interpersonal skills will help you develop strong working relationships with senior staff, community stakeholders, and local District Mental Health teams. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a health-related tertiary qualification and current registration with your professional body. Additionally, you should possess a relevant supervision qualification and be registered as such, or be a DAPAANZ accredited supervisor.
