About the Role We are currently seeking a talented Mixologist with a strong interest in distilling. In this role, you will have the opportunity to design and craft unique cocktails, with a particular focus on gin. Your responsibilities will include staying up to date with the latest trends in the beverage industry, leading and coordinating gin classes, and sharing your knowledge with our guests. You will also play a significant role in planning and hosting a variety of events, such as distilling classes and gin tastings, ensuring each gathering is memorable and engaging. Additionally, you will provide leadership by mentoring and training our team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable environment. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Extensive knowledge of cocktails, with a strong emphasis on gin. - Experience or a genuine passion for distilling, along with a solid understanding of the distillation process. - Proven ability to confidently organize and lead classes and events. - A valid Duty Manager's license and LCQ. - Exceptional customer service and communication skills. - Experience in producing content and managing social media platforms. - A warm and engaging personality, coupled with a deep passion for hospitality, gin, and educating others.
